Thank you for choosing STUFFEDS! We curate delightful stuffed companions from around the world to bring joy and happiness. Every STUFFED is carefully inspected and gently packaged before shipment to ensure it arrives ready to be loved.
Because STUFFEDS are plush and personal by nature, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on orders once they have been shipped, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or is not delivered.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@stuffeds.com with your order number, a brief description, and photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, as quickly as possible.
Non-Delivery
In the rare event that your order does not arrive, please notify us so we can investigate with the carrier. Once confirmed, we’ll provide a replacement or refund for the undelivered item.
